Functions

• Automatic on/off by motion within 2 m.
• Input and output 12–24 V DC, load up to 8 A: about 96 W at 12 V and 192 W at 24 V.
• Delay time about 40 seconds.

Operation

• Built into a lighting fixture, the sensor switches it on when any part of the body comes within 2 m and keeps it on while someone stays there.
• The light goes off 40 seconds after the person moves further than 2 m away.
• Soft on from 0 % to 100 % in 2 seconds, soft off from 100 % to 0 % in 8–10 seconds.
• The programme can be customised to order, for example a longer stay-on time.

Installation

• Cut a 10.5 mm hole in the fixture and fit the detector head into it.
• Connect the wires to the input and output of the control board.

Notices

• Keep the sensor away from sunlight, incandescent lamps, heaters, radiators and air conditioners: a change of ambient temperature can trigger a false detection.
• Fix the sensor firmly so that wind cannot shake it into a false detection.
• Do not touch the surface of the detector.
• Clean the lens regularly with a soft damp cloth so that dust does not reduce the sensitivity.
